The Measurement System Analysis course is aimed at those who need an understanding of  how to measure the effectiveness of products and systems within their organisation.  It is widely used in the automotive, aerospace and renewable energy industries which require a high level of confidence for the measurement of product characteristics.

This one day course is aimed at management representatives, internal auditors and others who are involved in the auditing or implementation of Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA).  An understanding of other quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis and FMEA will be beneficial for anyone taking this course but it isn’t essential.
